• We provide a 1-year genetic health guarantee, covering any life-threatening genetic disorders.

• If a kitten is found to have a serious genetic or congenital defect within the first year, we offer a replacement kitten of equal value (vet documentation required).

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Minor illnesses such as colds, ear mites, or other treatable conditions.

• Health issues caused by neglect, improper care, accidents, or exposure to other sick animals.

• Any conditions that develop due to stress related to relocation, travel, or environmental changes.

Shipping Requirements & Process

1. Finalizing Adoption: Once your kitten is reserved and full payment is received, we begin scheduling the shipping process.

2. Health Certificate: Before traveling, each kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian and issued a health certificate confirming they are fit for travel.

3. Travel Arrangements: We book flights or ground transport based on weather conditions and airline policies to ensure the safest journey.

4. Delivery Confirmation: You will receive all tracking details and be notified about the estimated time of arrival.

5. Arrival & Transition: Upon receiving your kitten, allow them time to adjust to their new home and environment.
